3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Apedeal.com will conduct audits and reviews of the advertisements placed in your store. If any advertisement is found to violate local laws, regulations, or public order and good morals, you have the right to remove such advertisements and must inform Apedeal.com immediately. Apedeal.com is not responsible for any damage caused by the advertisements placed in your store.

3.1 Store’s Responsibility

• You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the placement of advertisements in your store.
• You will not hold Apedeal.com responsible for any legal issues that arise due to the advertisements.
• You are responsible for monitoring the advertisements in your store and ensuring they do not violate any laws or regulations.

3.2 Reporting Violations

• If you identify any advertisement that violates local laws, regulations, or public order and good morals, you must remove it immediately and notify Apedeal.com.
• Provide a detailed explanation of the violation and any supporting evidence to help Apedeal.com address the issue promptly.

4. Advertisement Content

The content of advertisements placed in your store is controlled by the advertisers. Apedeal.com does not guarantee the legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of these advertisements.

4.1 Advertiser’s Responsibility

• Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their advertisements, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Advertisers must ensure that their advertisements do not contain false, misleading, or inappropriate content.

4.2 Review and Approval

• Apedeal.com reserves the right to review and approve all advertisements before placement.
• Despite this review, the ultimate responsibility for the content lies with the advertisers.

5. Responsibility for Transactions

If a consumer purchases or pays for any product or service from the advertisers featured in the advertisements, the consumer must contact the advertiser directly for any issues or inquiries. Neither the store owner nor Apedeal.com is responsible for transactions between the consumer and the advertiser.

5.1 Dispute Resolution

• Consumers are advised to resolve any disputes directly with the advertisers.
• Apedeal.com will not mediate any disputes between consumers and advertisers.

6. Compensation and Payments

• As a partner store, you will receive compensation based on the consumer interactions with the advertisements placed in your store.
• Payment terms and conditions, including the schedule and method of payment, will be provided separately and are subject to change at Apedeal.com’s discretion.

6.1 Payment Calculation

• Payments are calculated based on predefined metrics such as the number of scans or interactions with the ads.
• Detailed reports of interactions and payments will be provided periodically.

6.2 Taxes and Fees

• You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the payments you receive.
• Apedeal.com may withhold taxes as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Apedeal.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation as a partner store, the advertisements placed, or any transactions resulting from these advertisements.

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

• Apedeal.com provides the advertisement placement service on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• Apedeal.com makes no warranties or representations regarding the service, including its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7.2 Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold Apedeal.com harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your participation as a partner store or the advertisements placed in your store.

8. Termination

Apedeal.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend your registration as a partner store at any time, with or without cause or notice.

8.1 Termination by Apedeal.com

• Apedeal.com may terminate your participation for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Use.
• Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Apedeal.com’s services and remove any advertisements placed by Apedeal.com.

8.2 Termination by Store

• You may terminate your registration at any time by providing written notice to Apedeal.com.
• Upon termination, you must cease all use of Apedeal.com’s services and remove any advertisements placed by Apedeal.com.

9. Modifications to Terms

Apedeal.com may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued participation as a partner store constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• Apedeal.com will provide notice of significant changes to these terms via email or through our website.
• You are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.

10. Governing Law
